What Do You Need To Bring?

If you have any x-rays that were taken outside of our office, please bring the plain films or the CD of films with you.
We are able to view films online through PACS from the following locations:

  • ARA (Austin Radiological Association)
  • ARC (Austin Regional Clinic)
  • Seton Facility (if using PACS)
  • CPRMC (Cedar Park Regional Medical Center)
  • River Ranch Radiology

Insurance Card:
Please make sure to bring your insurance card to the visit, as well as any referral information.

Additional Information

We do file with your insurance (if applicable), but there are some instances when payment is due at the time of service. We do collect co-pays and payment for any durable medical equipment distributed at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover; debit as well as checks and cash are also acceptable.

Please be advised that for morning clinics we typically have 2 physicians seeing patients in addition to physical therapy.  So the order in which the patient is called to a room is not always based on arrival time.

We would also like to remind you that our afternoon clinics at the Central office are reserved for fractures and emergent care.  The doctor that staffs that clinic is also on call at Dell Children’s Medical Center and may unexpectedly be called out of the clinic for an emergency.  In the event that happens, your child may see a Physician Assistant instead of the doctor.  This clinic tends to fill quickly and we must also work in emergent patients, so there may be an unexpected wait time when you arrive for your visit.  We do apologize.
