We accept most major insurance plans and will file with your insurance carrier when applicable, but there are still many instances in which payment is due at the time of service.


Prior to your visit, your insurance carrier will be contacted and we will have an explanation of your individual plan coverage. We will have your plans contracted (adjusted) rate and collect your copayment or amount toward your deductible at the end of your visit. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards as well as checks and cash payments.


We are contracted with most insurance carriers. Please be advised that some insurance policies require insurance authorization before your visit.

*Please check with your insurance provider to see if your plan requires an insurance authorization. If you do not have the authorization, you will be covered at Out of Network benefits for the duration of care.


It is important to us that you have your referral before scheduling your appointment so you will have adequate coverage for your child.


If you do not have insurance or if you have an insurance that we are not contracted with, you can be billed as Self Pay. When you make the appointment, we will give you a quote for an approximation of what your cost should be at the end of your visit. If you are able to pay in full at the end of the visit, we offer a 20% discount. If you are unable to do this, we will be happy to get you started on a payment plan.
