CTPO has helped care for Austin’s children for 30 years. With locations in Austin, Cedar Park, Westlake, Four Points and Southwest Austin, we are a committed team of more than 70 talented professionals, all focused on the orthopedic needs of Central Texas children.

 

We take pediatric orthopedics seriously, but never forget who our audience is – We love kids and do everything we can to make them feel comfortable and empowered. With that in mind, our goal is to provide exceptional pediatric orthopedic care for the children of Central Texas, allowing each child to maximize their health and quality of life. 
 
AS A PATIENT REPRESENTATIVE ...
 

You will be responsible for scheduling patients on the phone and in person, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, collecting/posting payments, and performing other administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to meet new people each day and welcome them to the CTPO family!

 
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
 

• is a detailed individual with a working knowledge of health insurance

• is bilingual in English and Spanish

• has a minimum of one year of medical office experience and a stable work history

• has the ability to convey a positive and professional image to patients and staff

• has excellent communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
