OFF THE RECORD
FUNNIEST MOMENT
It's so hard to pinpoint one funny moment. Part of the fun of working with children is that every day, someone makes me laugh."

TIP FOR PARENTS
No matter what, your child needs to wear a helmet while riding a bike, a scooter, roller skating, or anything else with wheels. Helmets save lives!
FAVORITE THING TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK
I'm a music lover with an affinity for records and an eclectic taste. I love to cook, especially the Cajun food that reminds me of all my years in New Orleans. And whenever I can, I get outdoors and explore the Hill Country.
MENTORS
Like any good physician, I stand on the shoulders of giants. I am forever indebted to my incredible mentors Drs. McEwen, Dardelon, Hansen, and Connolly. Without their support and guidance, I wouldn't be the physician I am today.
HEARTWARMING MOMENT
Looking back over my career, I could never pick one single moment that defines my practice. I am grateful to the parents who have entrusted their children in my care and to those same children for keeping me humble. Nothing makes me happier than helping my patients take the first step on the road to their recovery.
SUBSPECIALTY FOCUS
My subspecialty focus is the treatment of the foot and ankle of adults and children, with more than 30 years of experience in pediatric orthopedics.
